The site of Fire Station 44 has two phases. Phase 1 is the temporary station. It started service March 4, 2026.

Phase 2 will be the permanent station, directly next to Phase 1. Construction start time is approximately July 2026. Completation time is late 2027/early 2028.

The permanent station will be identical to Station 45.
